I've been eating sunflower seeds for 2 years including regular Bob's mill and Swanson's organic. I have to say this Now Foods sunflower seeds has the lowest quality among all of them.

Fresh and flavorful

Love sunflower seeds. These are the freshest I've bought yet. I add them to bread for texture and calcium. I used them to make pesto in place of pine nuts. I also grind them and mix with yeast flakes, onion powder, garlic powder and mustard and for a good cheese substitute. My only concern is wishing I could find them organic.
