It should increase mitochondrial biogenesis and protect mitochondria. Feel almost no effect, except for a blood sugar drop (which is bad) caused by the ALA.

This has been shown to actually increase the number of mitochondria, and thus improve energy and metabolism.

I take i capsule daily(in the morning) -and at night i fall asleep like when i was young- almost immidiately. I'm very happy with this product, it also helped my migranes - i feel their intencity's lessenned.
