insulin restistance and digestion

i've been using this for years for insulin resistance. taken with a meal it helps me digest, without it i feel as if the food just sits there. i only take 1 or 2 a day as it's one of the few supplements i haven't developed a tolerance for. i also use gymnema and berberine.
