this is definitely the most effective so far of all the laxatives I've ever used. It's gentle,smooth and doesn't cause bloating,or other uncomfortable side effects. I am very happy about this product,thanks to Dr.Christopher.

Dr. Christopher has the best products in my opinion. I have used other more expensive herbal products but none were as gentle or effective as Dr. C's lower bowel formula.

Forget all the fiber... take one or two of these a day and "movement" is assured... no bloating or stomach upset.

and since this is not a laxative it is not addictive for the bowels You pare down how much is used as your bowels regulate.
