Really mild, lovely taste. Similar to an asian roasted barley tea. Bitter melon is supposed to be good for regulating blood sugar. A little pricey but worth it!

Used fresh bitter melon leaves for tea at home but it's not available where I live. So this product is as close to what I use to get at home. This product taste alot better too. I would recommend this to anyone.
