This is a great book for someone who is new to gluten free baking. It has many useful tips and reference pages and so many great recipes. Amy also uses other types of sweeteners instead of sugar. I'm so glad I got this before it was discontinued. Urge iherb to bring it back if you find you need it too!

I didn't think this was a miracle worker book of recipes by any means, but was nice. I have done research and found most of my recipes off of the internet, and seem to have found good ones.
