These masks, being coconut-base gel masks (instead of cotton masks), cling firmly to the skin. Since the masks cling perfectly to the skin, the essence feels as if it penetrates the skin more effectively. After using the mask my skin feels, redness and puffiness disappears and the essence absorbs fully into the skin 5 minutes after the mask is removed.
While I've not used the mask long enough to speak on the pore reduction--one of the highlights, for me--has been the general improvement of the texture of my skin, it's smoother. It doesn't look or feel rough now. YEAY!
My only qualm with this mask (and all coconut-base gel masks) is that it can be tricky to peel the cotton (on both sides) off the coconut-base gel mask, however, the results of using this mask was so wonderful that I can't dock stars for it and I hope that Leaders remedies this issue in time. Maybe ad a tab to the cotton for easy removal? On a bad day, I could see something like this upsetting me. :cP
