This product was developed by a well renowned practitioner (prolotherapist)and appears, ingredient-wise, to provide good nutritional support for the therapy. Prolotherapy is an alternative, natural therapy to address pain and may serve to minimize/eliminate the need for pharmaceutical management and/or surgery (investigate it on the web). I just started taking it since I'm receiving the therapy but am not yet certain of its efficacy. It's pricey (as are all O M products) and there are likely other supplements that may be adequate.
