I've tried a few beta glucan products now, and experimented in different ways. Immunition isn't a horrible product, it's just a big rip off. The problem with beta glucan is it's absorption. It tends to clump when added to water, which prevents a bulk of it from being absorbed. I think this is more effective and affordable: Get a more affordable beta glucan, I like Now's version for $10. Open up and dissolve a few capsules into a small amount of warm/hot water. Use a spoon to de-clump. Drink with a few vitamin C capsules.

Yes, it's expensive compared to the rest but this company knows how to make the glucans small enough to get into your system. I've tried a lot of others trying to save $$ but they have no effect. This product I'm sure brought me back from the dead. Take one in AM and one before bedtime on an empty stomach. Don't worry that it's only 10 mg compared to 100 mg of other brands because the particle is small and your body absorbs it. Try it if you want to keep your immune system strong...you'll be hooked.

the way the cap is on the bottle is cumbersome to take the capsule out. A screw on top is so much better... Thank you for such good service. Nancy Roy
