Брал после витаминов Opti-men. Очень понравились. Если сравнивать c Opti-men, то, на мой взгляд, Opti-men - как кофе (даёт быстрый мощный эффект), а Now Foods Adam Superior Men's Multi - как чай (медленный долговременный эффект).

Мой мужчина пьет эти витамины и замечает, что действительно, тренировки лучше даются, вечером после работы хочется не только упасть лицом в подушку, будем заказывать еще. Мне тоже нравится, как они действуют на него действуют.))

Хорошо подобран баланс витаминов. Не смотря на большой размер капсул глотаются нормально. Витамины понравились.
