I take 2. I really can't say what it does, with everything I'm taking, but I am recovered from a 3 year illness and I've been taking Green Tea extract all along.

no difference

Didn't notice any difference as a result of taking these capsules; however, since we are all different they may be of help to someone else. After I finish this bottle I will not re-order and will just drink the green tea instead.
