I hardly ever write reviews but this product seemed to warrant me taking the time to laud about it. I have taken cla for years and have been satisfied with the results as far as keeping my fat reserves in check but when cla is combined with fish oil, it seems to work synergistically and I have had faster results with this combination so I do recommend it if you have a little unsightly fat creeping up on you and you don't want to take anything but natural supplements.
