Having tried other digestive enzymes, I say with confidence, this is a great enzyme to take. I've suffered with IBS for years. Not any more! Plant based enzymes such as these are more effective. I take 5 with each meal. Every person is different. Some may only need one or two. It's best to try just a few and increase the amount of capsules until your symptoms have gone away. Many doctors say to take just 1 with each meal. That often isn't enough and people are left thinking the enzymes don't work or the brand of capsules is the issue. Take it from me, this works. I've been to surgeons, gastro-docs, natural docs, you name it. Once I began taking this, I am symptom free. Side note:Specific enzymes work on specific foods. You need the right type of enzyme for the foods you want it to break down. Think of the foods you have problems with and then choose a product that contains at least those types of enzymes. I am a health-food, nutritional product junkie. I try new products all the time and occasionally find products that become part of my daily routine. ZeoForce goes well beyond that for me. It's amazing what 1 or 2 servings daily will do for your body and sense of well-being. I had a lot of amalgam fillings in my teeth for years and suffered what I now realize were the symptoms of mercury toxicity. I've heard about the benefits of Ginkgo Biloba before and I decided to take the plunge and buy one. I noticed many benefits from taking Ginko Biloba. One I did notice after taking these is that I did have an easier time waking up in the morning and felt clear headed upon waking up. Finally, I would highly recommend this product !!! The 120 mg dose is great and I don`t have to take as many capsules a day. Also, the capsules are easy to swallow and they are vegeterian, two points that are important to me. Great value and strong, effective and reliable product! All of this sounds like a miricle, but you can really feel the difference.

I bought this stuff because it seems to have a lot of different trace minerals. I have been reading about the importance of trace minerals in your diet and these kinds of products seem to fit the bill for getting the minerals you are supposed to be getting but probably not in the food you eat. Being a health minded person, I do everything I can to make sure I get the nutrients I need every day. So, this is an experiment for me. I have to say, I have been taking it for 3 weeks or so and have not noticed anything particularly different about the way I feel. So, I can't say if it is positive or negative. This might be one of those things that you have to take over a long period of time and get tested by your doctor to see if any vital signs are changing. This is not real expensive as you get a lot of servings out of a bottle. So, I will be taking it for some time and see what happens. Also, in my opinion lack of trace minerals leads to malfunctioning of the body's electrical system. Anyway, I noticed a SIGNIFICANT clearing up of my brain function about a month after I began taking this stuff AND my slightly depressive feelings went away. I attribute this to the lithium on this product. One thing to watch out for is the taste. It has a very strong taste and when you add it to a liquid to drink it, it really changes the taste of the liquid. I have added it to water but it is hard to drink in water without making a face. So I have been adding it to a stronger liquid, like cranberry juice to be able to drink it without wrinkling my nose. A bottle is supposed to be 90 servings. The jury is out on whether I will continue taking this type of supplement. If getting trace minerals is important to you, then this product is a good price for the amount of servings you get. It probably tastes no different than other similar products on the market, so it probably doesn't make much difference what brands you try. This is just as good as any and the price is right.

I think this stuff works! You feel more driven to accomplish things. I notice that when I don't take it I'll have less energy. It's not a hyper energy it's more of a calm focused energy. The powder is great because you can mix it with drinks and it tastes kind of maltey. I sometimes eat it directly from the spoon and rinse it down with water. I've read it's even better for women to take because it balances their hormones which fluctuate more than men's do. You need to start slowly with the dosage and adjust it according to your body's needs, then take a break from it occasionally or it appears to lose potency(for example: 3 week ON, 1 week OFF). I recommend using 1 tsp to 1 tbsp in water mixing it up and drinking it as fast as possible in the morning. It taste bad but you can mix it with juice or something else (smoothies, shakes and tea). It is necessary to note that аnyone who has a sensitive digestive system must be careful with the raw maca. Like other cruciferous roots, maca is particularly difficult to digest when raw. Not only is it fiber-dense, it also contains lots of goitrogens - that's why the raw root and it's flour is so bitter - so it's no wonder people have digestive and occasional hormonal (thyroid) complaints.To avoid this issue maca should be cooked in order to be gentle on digestion, on metabolism, and it has always been cooked traditionally(by the native Puruvians)for this purpose! Another option for those with digestive issue is Gelatinized Maca Powder(iHerb carry gelatinized raw maca). Gelatinized means that it's fiber has been removed, and goitrogens denatured. The gelatinized product was developed specifically to address the digestion issue inherent with the root. To summarize, I give this maca powder a five star rating because it's simply great . This stuff makes you feel better than any multivitamin you'll find and I definitely recommend it .

I LOVE the Jarrow Formulas Hemp Protein. I bought this because I am a vegan and I was feeling like I could use some extra protein in my diet. I have been using it daily for about 2 weekss now and the results are highly satisfying. It adds a slight grassy flavor and slight texture so I can add it to whatever I am cooking without really noticing it. I mix it in salad dressing, mustard, tomato sauce, almond milk, coffee smoothies, fruit smoothies, or make a protein-packed cheat food like gluten-free cocoa pancakes with Hemp Protein in them. I have been a wine lover for many years. I can drink quite a bit more than you average guy. It is not out of the question to drink 8-10 glasses of wine in a day. I always drink at night after work and never had any negative effects on the job as I can function fine the next day. The problem came a year ago when in a routine physical my doc did blood tests and my liver function tests showed VERY elevated levels...like over 3-4 times what they should be. I didn't pay heed much but did taper my drinking for awhile. Time went by, I put it out of my mind and when I really did try to control my number of drinks I again went to a doctor to explore my options. I took another liver function test and they were all sky high. He asked me to reduce my drinking and return in 2 1/2 weeks to repeat the tests. I immediately researched fatty liver and started to find that this product had a lot of buzz on the internet. I ordered it priority overnight shipping and I also went to Trader Joe's and bought Milk Thistle. I took the recommended dose for the next 2 1/2 weeks and returned to get my blood tested again. Best pre-workout on the market. It does everything and more it says. I'm pretty pleased with the results. Taste: I bought the Raspberry Lemonade flavor and it tastes amazing. Mixability: No complaints here. If you don't add a little extra water there will probably be a little bit left on the sides if you have a shaker cup, but nothing people can't handle. It's definitely manageable and not clumpy. Focus:I definitely felt more focused after using Assault. It's not quite tunnel-vision like other products I've tried, but it is enhanced a bit. I like the feeling that it gives me because I can still think about other things and be able to hit the weights hard. Effectiveness: I usually take it 20 minutes before my workout and it kicks in about 15 mins after consumption. The energy i get from this product is very very good. You can definitely feel the pumps on this. I can feel some pretty good pumps and I look like a monster when I'm at the gym. These pumps last for about an hour after the workout and are pretty impressive with a decent vascularity boost. Overall: Assault is a solid product and MusclePharm deserve a lot of credit for coming out with a brilliant PW. For the past three years i have had constant issues with my stomach such as gas, bloating all day, gaining weight, constipation, even though i look skinny. During these three years i went to see different doctors who kept telling me nothing was wrong with me and that I needed to change my diet (which I did) and do more exercise (which i did as well) but my stomach issues kept appearing.
