am now taking 2 caps and sprinkling on my food;with 160.000 h.u.s of african bird's eye cayenne,(just a pinch)not only my b.p. has normalized, but my serum cholesterol hdl/ldl has too. great product if used judicially.

this product is recommended for the dissolving of kidney and bladder stones. dose- two tspns b/4 meals and two tspns just b/4 closing your eyes for the night - in 4 0zs of good alkaline H20

30 to 40 drops / 2ozs of h2o alkalizes the urine Ph if taken b/4 meals. sweet tasting and easy on the urinary track, it controls then brings the uric acid levels down. this herb is miraculous. use one month before 24hr urine protocol.
