I have only taken this for two days but notice a ton more energy, mental clarity, the world looks better. I would recommend it to any one over 50. I am 56. I am not taking it today and will cut the dose in half for tomorrow as I do not need this much, I feel calm but at the same time a bit jumpy, that is why I am going to try a lower dose. I really am happy with it though.

I can feel the effects of taking vitamin C when I injest it. This stuff works better than the other powder because it feels more well rounded and through. I get energy from it and my body really likes it.

Taskes great and feels healthy. Has a bit of a dry taste that is good to me. good for syrup on things as well as a drink with water or fizzy water. wonderful in combination with other juice.

There are times when this product has had an unbelieveablly positive influence on my energy levels. Other times less so perhaps from saturation. Overall I find it more effective that the powder and really do love it. It has over the long run, made a big impact in my life.
