Purchased at iHerb

Meat eaters get a tons of this from their diet but vegitarians such as myself has the synthesize it from other amino acids. Since taking this my food cravings have disappeared and I am no longer overeating. I presume my body was doing so to fufill the need for building blocks to synthesize carnitine. I will take this supplement all my life as my body clearly needs it.
