I have been taking this for years and love it works great I take it for arthritis, high cholesterol it is also a good blood thinner and antiiinflammatory. I used to have high cholesterol so started taking it many years ago. I have never had cholesterol problems since. Now I have arthritis too and it helps a lot in combination with tumeric.

I have been taking hawthorn berry for many years. My blood pressure was 240/120 when I first started taking hawthorn. I had tried many prescriptions but never felt good. I reserched natural found hawthorn and have been taking it ever since. My blood pressure has always been normal since. I only have to take one a day. I really have a lot of trust in Jarrow and buy Jarrow first.

I recently read that the cinnamon cassia is not as good as the cinnamon vernom. The only brand I could find this in was Now. It is great and I am diabetic cinnamon lowers blood sugar and It is true Vernom is much better. My sugar has come down much more since using this form of cinnamon.

This is the only form of cinnamon verum that I could find and it is great!! I take it for diabetes and the other kinds are not good to take on a constant daily bases. Thank you Oregon' Wild Harvest.

I have used alpha lipoic for years as I have neuropathy and it truely keeps it under control. Recent studies have also shown that it is also anti aging and it is antioxident. I am 70 and feeling great. I like this brand because it is quick release and sustained release. It works all day. Jarrow is a great product.

I love Jarrow products this is the first time with the ginger. It is great I find if I take tumeric and ginger together it helps the arthritis I have.
