I had been taking 5-HTP along with St. John's Wort for depression with no success. After taking 200 mg of Nutralife SAM-e, within a few hours I could tell a difference in my mood. But I am a person who can usually feel something very quickly. I am told it takes time to work properly. My advice is to try it and see if it works for you. Nutralife is the first brand of SAM-e I have tried but after much research on SAM-e, I found it to be one of the top quality, time-tested brands on the market with a good price. I use this for my leg which has a limp from a car wreck. It swells sometimes from my broken back. If you can get circulation to an area it will heal. This seems to help increase my blood flow, making my limp minimal. Now Foods is a great company.

Recovering from surgery and withdrawing from pain medication, I found it to be quite helpful at first. I felt great with little pain and had good mental clarity. Sad to say this bottle had leaked and I was promptly sent another one. Luckily I had ordered a 3.4 oz as well. I ran out in just a few days and had to wait about 3 or 4 days for the larger bottle. When I started taking again I have been taking double the recommended amount per day, however I don't think I could give it a completely fair review as I have been taking other supplements with it. For some reason it didn't seem to help me like it did the first few days. You can't beat the clincal evidence supporting it though. It does help-just not enough for me at the present time. Overall a very good product. I would give it another try later on. I think I would go with the tablets instead. The liquid taste does grow on you but I just don't enjoy taking it. 4 stars because I had to take a lot of it to acheive desired results.

A good deal on stevia. I use this to sweeten Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar. This will last a long time.

I tried melatonin before and it caused me to awake with a bad headache. Not this time. Would recommend it. Great product for a great value.

I have trouble falling and staying asleep as well as anxiety. It seems to help me relax and mellow out and stop the wheels from turning in my head. Works well with NOW valerian root.

Good safe form of vitamin C. like the fact that it is 1000 mg however these are horse pills and kind of hard to swallow. would recommend taking 2 500 mg tab or capsule instead.

A great value on Kava, however it doesn't seem to be very potent. Prefer Nature's Sunshine Kava Kava, had much better results personally even though it cost more. NOW Kava Kava may work for you-I guess you'll just have to try it and see. As for me, I won't order this product again.
