i think this is a great multi-vitamin for the price! food-based ingredients, plenty of required daily allowance for most and more than enough for some nutrient requirements (especially important for an active woman like myself). i feel as though my energy levels have increased a bit, and my mood is better overall after starting to take this vitamin (about three weeks ago). also, i've noticed that my skin is clearer. (previously i did not take any supplements.)

great-tasting, healthy tea - this is the best yerba mate that i've found yet...i will continue to order this product. i like that it used minimal packaging, although people who purchase this product may want to be careful because the package can tear easily (you don't want to lose any of this terrific tea!^^).

this has become a part of my everyday diet. i like to mix this with some soy milk or put it in a smoothie, and have found that it mixes quite well. as a vegetarian, it is a good source of protein for me. i like the quantity and the simple packaging.

this drink powder mixes well, i put it into smoothies and drinks (such as soy milk). the taste is surprisingly good. i love that i can mix it in a tightly-sealed tumbler, toss it in my bag and have a super-nutritious snack to get my recommended vitamins in and give me a boost during the day.
