My daughter can't swallow pills yet and she loves these. There are some omegas in her multi but not enough so these add additional amounts. I do wish it had a bit higher amount.

My daughter loves sour candy and says these taste just like them. I like the amounts and many ingredients including digestive enzymes.

I used to take prescription anti depressents but couldn't stand their side effects and now I take these, 600 mg a day. They help take the edge off and I am not so anxious. If I miss a day I can really tell. It is necessary to take on an empty stomach or it doesn't seem to work as well.
