It's a potent blend of probiotics with a good price. I started taking 3-4 at once and was experiencing lots of discomfort (it could be because it contains goat milk and I can't tolerate milk). Now I take just one after each mean and feel fine.

To test it out I used it before I went to gym and had no not a single drop of sweat. Also I was the best smelling guy up there. Disadvantages: it is watery and in hot weather it doesn't feel good. Also the volume is too small.
