I have a very sensitive stomach, and many calcium supplements don't agree with me. This one I have never had any discomfort with and I love the fact it also contains D and Magnesium.

I like the crystals over the tablets because I believe they absorb faster. My kids don't think they taste that great but they still drink it in water. My son came down with cold symptoms and within 3 days of using the crystals, he started feeling better. I'm a believer.

I have been taking this for the past 3 months and I definitely have noticed a difference in my energy level and overall health. I saved a lot of money buying this from Iherb when comparing the price at my favorite health food store. I would strongly recommend this B complex.
