After twenty years of suffering from crippling migraines(3-5 x weekly) I came across a little known trigger of migraines....Magnesium deficiency...suggested dose for headaches is 400-800 mg per day(being safe dose) After years of test,pills,MRIs,Cat Scans,Hundreds of Dr appts I found my own answer.I have only had two headaches in the last 10 months and they were not migraines but stress headaches from the gym.You must take it every day without fail for it to work if this is your issue and a 30 day time when first taking it to build it up in the blood to consistant levels.

My husband and I are extreme fitness junkies.Advanced weightlifters and body sculpters.My spouse has suffered for years with fatigue and other issues.He finally was diagnosed with Low T and Thyroid Dysfunction(no thyroid level at all nor Testerone9life threatening low) He was put on Androgel and Synthroid.Still fatigue has plagued him.He entered a fitness competition and I was looking again for more supplements to give him as I am his nutritionist.Came across these.All I can say is AMAZING.For the first time his cloudy mental fatigue is lifted.He felt amazing after only on these a few days.He, for first time I have EVER known him to,is waking up clear minded instead of still tired after good nite sleep.He has taken so many things with promise of relief of symptoms, including his Synthroid tabs, to find no relief at all.These are amazing.I have researched them from a nuttional and medical standpoint for us and will pass this along to those who might find it helpful.The dosage for weightloss is recommeded 200 mg per day taken 100 mg morning/ 100mg evening.Also note that 12 weeks is also recommended course of time for fatloss/weightloss.After 12 weeks,the dosage of 100mg per daily for maintanence dosage is recommended(however these are completely safe to take long term at higher dosage if needed).Also notable, is this pill also improves immune system,muscle mass and leaner mass (good info for fitness nuts) also improves mental clarity and focus,and fatigue.I HIGHLY recommend this supplement and I will be sticking with this particular brand.It seems to be good in purity and strenghth.Just rememeber there is no miracle pill for weight and fat loss, but these taken during a nutritional and fitness plan of action can gain additional results beyond doing so with no supplement.Typical results in taking these for weightloss are in a 12 week plan followed wisely can produce an addtional 8-11 lbs more than those not taking it will lose alone.

I purchased this after researching quite a bit.My husband and I both eat super healthy diets and workout at least 4 days a week for about 2-3 hours each time.We both do cardio and weight training.My husband has lost almost 100 lbs in the last 7 months.I bought this for him about alittle over a month ago.He,as most who lose alot of lbs, hit walls of plateaus,so I thought this would be a good helper.It was stunning in results for him, he dropped 11 lbs in 10 days,using this product, after having hit on a plateau for about 3 weeks prior to using this.Resluts were within 24 hours.However as with workouts and daily diet plan, the body adapts.So honestly this is good for a one month shot and then you need to move on.That advice is great for your workout and eating plan as the body adapts to its routine and food about every two weeks so change your workouts,your eating habits and supplements accordingly and you will see AMAZING results.WE highly recommend this product but for a temp boost not for a continual supplement.God Bless and Good Luck to all who are trying to Lose It to Win It !!!!!!

I ordered this for an extended family memeber who after surviving a fatal declaration that he would die in two weeks from cirrhosis of liver due to a 40 year alcohol addiction,in ICU 30 days, then 90 days of physical therapy from the damage of the illness(raving his body), he has made a full recovery and I beleive this helped.I vowed to help him when he got home and did extensive research on this herb and read a Havard report that anyone with cirrhosis should be taking this supplement no question.So he has and at his last doctor appt all his liver profiles and other related blood work came back very good levels and normal range....the doctors are astounded and I beleive taking this is making the difference.He has been on it since returning home and now has lived in good health for 3 years and no signs of any cirrhosis he takes this every day without fail and Dandilion Root (another liver tonic herb)

I am a nutritionist my spouse a weight trainer/bodybuilder. I have found NONE anywhere with this prolific list of vitamins coupled with key herbal therapy. This comes in a women's formula as well. My husband and I are on these products and have been for 4 years. Myself and spouse have been twice a year the last 4 years for physicals with know your numbers blood work. Our doctor is STUNNED at the results of being on these supplements. He had a baseline on us prior to starting these and the results are just unbelievable. My husband is 52, I am 47, our physician and his assistant, after doing the know your numbers and full evaluation on us, put my spouse at 24 internally and myself at 22.
