I've read that 3 tomatoes have approximately 5mg of lithium. In this small amount (actually I take 10mg)it's very safe. Some hot mineral spring waters also have lithium. It's calming. I notice when I stopped it that I was more irritable and mildly sad. I think it helps. Plus, I hardly ever eat tomotoes.

So happy I found this. completely got rid of my bladder infection. Tastes like sugar but doesn't raise blood sugar. Absolutely works, took a whole bottle, use 2 or more times a day, maximum every four hours. I like the NOW brand quality and iherb has FAST shipping.

these are my favorites. Not cheap but I can't eat gluten and these have a nice crispy crunch and good flavor.

Great Brand, love the quality. Much cheaper and easier than taking capsules. I put it on tuna fish instead of mayo,some salads, or just pour a little on a stir fry or veggie (after cooking). I also just pour some in my mouth! Taste doesn't bother me. FAST shipping. Thanks iherb.

I've been taking this for a few weeks. Before that I was taking regular DHEA. This seems better.Just a little more energy, better mood. Mild appetite suppressor. I'll stick with it. I like NOW foods quality.

I got this to help get rid of fungus. I also take prescription Lamisil but I think the extra help of the goldenseal is great.
