This is the first time I have ever purchased the same calcium product twice in my life. I usually suffer constipation with other calcium pills. These do not cause that problem.

It takes awhile to see change, but they really do seem to work. I have suffered badly from arthritis pain in my thumbs for a long time. I am much relieved.
