I can't believe the quantity I got for such a great price. I will always order my Spectrum Fish Oil from iherb. I believe they really check their fish for chemicals. Thanks Spectrum and iherb!

I love that this Vitamin C does not come from ascorbic acid. The downside is that it smells and puts off a garlic taste going down and sometimes that lingers. I am just not used to that in a vitamin C supplement. Yes, garlic is the queen/king of remedies. Maybe I should just get used to it. Great food-based product.

I believe Candex is a great supplement if one is on a diet for candidiasis (yeast-free, no sugar, citric acid, vingegar, etc) or an alkalinizing diet. I think it works if one isn't but not as well. Interesting concept...breaking down yeast cell walls. I am willing to try anything.
