For energy, sleep and lower priced than collagen

Purchased at iHerb

After taking a tbsp a day for a few days I have much more energy. I also feel more alert and clearheaded. I take it at night as I feel sleepy the first few hours after taking it. This is basically the same as collagen but not as finely ground.

This soap smells like it was made of old worn out sandals. The smell has no similarity whatsoever to genuine sandalwood.

Great at a low dosage

In dosages 1 to 2,5 mg these work great for me. In these small dosages it doesn't interfere with my sleep. I also take it in the morning. When taking it I have better concentration and mood. At 10 mg a day I get heart palpitations. I don't use it sublingually, but swallow it.
