Skin reaction

I get quite red and inflamed facial skin with this product and red eyes. I only use it at night to try to minimise the impact of this. Am using it on under eye circles and broken capillaries. Too soon to know if it works. May only be able to use it occasionally since it causes a reaction.

For fatty acid use and energy

Part of a protocol - I had some organic acids testing which revealed I need this along with B2 to use fatty acids from my diet. I do feel better but it's part of a big protocol so can't pinpoint exactly how useful this is.
