These tiny capsules do a great job! I used Chromium picolinate before, but it did nothing to get my blood glucose levels down. This one does. Within a week, I got my levels down - from 11.8 (fasting levels) to 8.2 in less than 2 weeks. It needs to go down further, but this is a great start. I use it together with Gymnema (I used Avesta, from iHerb).

I use this product together with GTF Chromium, and my fasting blood glucose levels have gone down from 11.8 to 8.2 in one week! Thanks for great products!

I have not been using this long enough yet, but my BP went down from 240+/130 to 195/102 in the three weeks I have been taking this, and my glucose levels are coming down, too.
