yummy sweet flavor. works well in all recipes i've tried. this is much healthier than traditional white/wheat flour. the gluten content is lower and it doesn't spike blood sugar levels.

this is a great product. i take extra on days i go to the gym and i get no muscle cramping and i have recently started taking more when i get a migraine. it helps to lessen the duration.

this lotion is thick and moisturizing. the smell is strong, but lovely. to make it a little milder in scent, i mix it with my unscented body lotion. my husband loves the smell of this.
