This probiotic was OK, but I got much better results from the (unfortunately) more expensive Florastor brand.

There are other green teas that I enjoy more...like St. Dalfour organic golden mango green tea. Since I don't add sugar, I like the slightly sweet taste of the mango. This one was better than average, but not a favorite.

I often find that green tea has a slightly bitter taste, however this mango tea is wonderful! I'm ordering more today. It's the best one I've tried so far.
