This is a very good value, but the squeeze top makes it take more effort to pour the flaxseed oil out and harder to clean the bottle for recycling.

These are pretty good for the price, though they still go soft after awhile of being opened. It isn't clear if that affects potency or not.

I have to force this toothpaste to come out of the tube - it does not come out easily. Once I brush with it though, my mouth feels refreshed.

The delivery system doesn't seem very natural compared to some other probiotics, but it does seem to help digestion. The small size is convenient to carry compared to other pills.

This book mentions research done with Kaneka QH that was supposed to conclude in 2007. Since it is just about 2009, a revision of this book should be made including this more recent data.
