Keep Your Liver Healthy

I survived an accident in 'simple hospital prostate biopsy'; my liver almost failed (I consume virtually no alcohol.). This product of the milk thistle plant is inexpensive and regular use has greatly improved the functioning of my liver. This is anecdotal, but it is my actual experience.

This brand of chromium picolinate is inexpensive and appears to be effective for me. Even orthopedists say that my body looks like that of a man 15 or so years younger. Be proactive. Use this product and increase your chances of avoiding expensive medicines with all-too-common side-effects.

How Delicious a Good Night's Sleep

Three mg. appears to be just the right dosage for me. I use these capsules a few times per month and they make all the difference in the quality of my sleep, not just for those nights, but night by night. The small capsules are easy to swallow and make me drowsy in about 15 minutes. Bravo!

A Useful Suppliment in My Kitchen

This product is all about 'an ounce of prevention' ----this is a product with clinical evidence of improving cardiac health. To my knowledge, it doesn't have any side effects and using it sure beats after-care for cardiovascular 'accidents'. The EPA and the DHA together amount to 30% making it a best buy.

Longitudinal metabolic substance

It's more difficult to rate products that produce a subtle or internal anatomical small but important changes. The price was low and I am comfortable with combining mega-doses of Vitamin C with Lysine according to the Linus Pauling Institute recommendations.
