This product is a nice alternative to steroid sprays. It works well for itchy noses for allergies.

The coconut flour cookbook got me started on this gluten free alternative. It does need sifting, but it is delicious and the coconut taste diminishes when it bakes.

This brand has good flavor, but clumps severely. I would heartily suggest putting a tuile bag with rice in with it to absorb moisture.
