This really does seem to be released over 8 hours, as the packaging states. I can recommend this for people who find that ordinary melatonin gets them to sleep, but they may still wake up before they would like to.

I am so glad that I have finally found a dietary fibre that works without causing unpleasant bloating and stomach pain. If you suffer from IBS and constipation, and find that soluble fibres don't work for you, then you should give this a try. Be aware that it does not dissolve (insoluble fibre), so is a bit gritty if you drink it mixed in water. It has no taste though, and I find it very useful to add into smoothies as well as baked goods such as muffins or pancakes.

I love the fact that this product is enteric-coated, and does not require refrigeration. Also, according to Consumer Lab testing, it was one of the few probiotics tested that actually contained the number of organisms claimed on the label. In my opinion, this is much better than many competitive products that are much more expensive.

Surprised at how effective it is as a deodorant

I didn't actually buy this to use as a deodorant, but tried it after I read that it could be used as such. This is by far the best aluminium-free deodorant option I have ever found. Also really good as a massage oil for sore muscles - it is nice and slippery and goes a long way.

This was prescribed by my doctor to take with a course of antibiotics, to try to break down the gut biofilm so that the antibiotics could penetrate. As such, I don't really know whether it worked or not, but I can say that it didn't cause the nausea and stomach discomfort of most other enzymes I've tried in the past. Note that it should be taken on an empty stomach, two hours after a meal, and one hour before.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good this stevia tastes - I cannot tell the difference between this and sugar or Splenda and have already ordered some more. It dissolves very easily and, though it leaves a little (cellulose) sediment at the bottom of the cup, I got used to this very quickly and have no problems with it. As a bonus, I find that half a tablet (easy to break) is about the sweetness of a good sized teaspoon of sugar, so it works out quite economically for me, as I only use half a tablet in a cup of tea or coffee.

I tend to suffer from sinusitis quite chronically, and am often left with problems for weeks, if not months, after a simple cold, sometimes resorting to antibiotics. I have found that this spray works really well to reduce the length of a cold and reduce the chance of getting an infection. The only problem is that I find it burns my nasal passages for a minute or two after use, so sometimes I don't use it as often as I should.

Very strong cherry flavour

Gret if you like cherry flavor, but I find this to have a very overpowering cherry flavor that reminds me of medicine. Even by mixing only half a satchet, the sweetness is just right but the flavor is still very strong. I love the fact that it contains fiber and wish the other flavors contained fiber too.

I cannot believe how good this product tastes, and how easily it mixes up. It tastes better than any of the whey, milk or soy based powders I've tried before. Even my nine year old daughter doesn't mind drinking it. And it even has spirulina, wheat grass, etc. I will definitely keep using this.
