I use it for edema. Saw it on tv and so far it's working. My ankles are not as puffy as they were.

I like the taste! It's a good alternative to mocha coffee. Just add 2 to 3 tablespoons vs the 1 that is recommended.

It's a good coffee substitute. I been wheening off coffee and this is a delicious alternative to caffeine.
