Haven't been on very long but I think this is working for increasing my energy level. I take it in combination with other products as recommended in BottomLine Books "Health Breakthroughs 2010".

Strange Stuff

Purchased at iHerb

I mix this in juice but have to take with food as it gives me a truly strange feeling...kind of a "rush". Will keep taking and see if this goes away as my body adjusts to it.
