This is a great buy.I only take 2 caps a day.This really works.This is a concentrate so its at least 10 times more potent than straight alfalfa.Great for the skin and nails.The joints every thing.The word alfalfa means THE FATHER OF ALL HERBS.It isA very inexpensive way to add a ton of greens in your diet.I highly recommend.

This is my first experience with wakame.I simply hrdrate it in water for 30 minutes, drain the water out.Put the water in the dogs dish instead of throwing it away-THEY LOVE IT.Then eat it uncooked room temp with some toasted sesame oil on it.A small serving is all you need to feel satisfied.

I get better results with this than the other 1500mg formula they sell.You can also use this to make your own face cream. Add one cap to aloe gel apply to face for a couple hours. You will need to wash it off in a couple hours because it doesnt really soak in.

There is alot of ways you can drink this. Mix it half and half with regular coffee or drink it straight.It grows on you.The ingredients are good and because of the very sutle sweetness of the beet powder and figs you really dont need sweetener.
