Use this for baking, in coffee, use the toothpaste & gum. Not overly sweet and kills bacteria, if your dealing with candida & need to watch your sweets this is great.

I called the CO.to find out what the "Talc" was made from they said minerals but couldn't explain the source,hmmm. This product is too mild for me, since I deal with systemic yeast as well as vaginal. I would have to double up on it and don't want to take that many pills. Glad it helps others, like that it is Homeopathic.

My niece has taken this since she was 7,yeast shows up as sores, itchy like mosquitoe bites, even had trouble playing in grass w/o it itching and being severely painful. Her legs & face have cleared, at 9 sores on her forearm are under control though we had to double her dose as she has grown. If her foods were watched better she may be able to back off the amount taken.

Great product, after 2 bouts of Kidney stones I did an applecider & olive oil cleanse cut back fast food & meats, but attribute no reoccurence to this.
