This is the first sprouting mix I tried and I love it! I am using a sprouting jar, fill about 2 tablespoons of sprouts and 2 cups of water in the jar, rinse daily and have tasty sprouts after about 5 days that taste great on sandwiches and in salads. The seeds sprout evenly so you don't end up with mature sprouts mixed with unsprouted seeds in the jar. I would recommend this mix to everyone, great for beginners!

This jar works great and is simple to use. I am a total newbie to sprouting and this thing is fool proof. You just add the seeds and water, then rinse it twice daily which is super easy due to the mesh lid of the jar. You basically don't have to open the jar after filling in the seeds until you are ready to harvest your tasty home-grown sprouts. 100% recommended!

The cherries are chewy, fruity bits of deliciousness in a nice mild dark chocolate while the almonds provide some crunch. I love this flavor!

I am so glad I found Peanut flour again! This flour is actually the reason I discovered Iherb since Trader Joes discontinued it's peanut flour and left peanut flour lovers like me out there in the rain. It comes in a vacuumized package so you can stock up and keep it at home for a pretty long time. I use it for baking, to make quick low fat peanut sauces for pasta and veggies, I coat my meat with it, stirr it in my cereal and basically anything that I want to give an extra dose of protein and peanutty flavor to. If you love your peanut butter but are trying to loose weight or just want to limit your fat intake, this flour can help you to cut calories and fat in half by simply replacing some of the peanut butter with a peanut flour+ water mix. You won't even really taste the difference. This is definitely one of my favorite "healthy" products and I will keep ordering it again and again.

The milk chocolate chocolove is everything you want from a good milk chocolate:: creaminess - check! rich milky taste - check! smooth sweetness - check! Plus, the design of this flavor is just plain pretty!

Oh my god, I love this chocolate so much. the sea salt + dark chocolate is an awesome mix of salty and sweet and the crunchy almonds just make this chocolate absolute heaven! I am glad this flavor isn't available in most stores on a regular basis since I could kiss my bikini figure goodbye if I had it around all the time... So good!
