Obviously A Good Product

Just got this in TODAY, and went to the bathroom and realized I forgot to use the strip after it was too late. I'm quite sure they are going to work, though, because they sold out before I was able to receive my order and make this review. I will post another review if it will let me after I use it, but I doubt I will have any problems with this product because the chances of a bad product selling out that fast are slim to none. iHerb has provided me with excellent customer service and high quality products.

Healthiest Bean According To Studies

I love pinto beans, but recently found out that black beans are the healthiest bean there is according to studies done regarding things like highest level of antioxidants in any bean, great source of fiber and more vitamins compared to other beans. I found this out on nutritionfacts.org. In case you are curious, pinto beans came in 2nd for healthiest beans...both are considered to be good helpers in reducing bad cholesterol. Beans, if prepared and cooked properly, can be a very nutritious and satisfying "staple" food to a healthy diet. Bean Cooking Preparation Tip: soak beans in pure non tap water over night with a tablespoon or two of fresh squeezed lemon juice and drain before cooking for best results and maximum benefits from beans. This causes the enzyme "inhibitors" from getting in the way of good nutrient absorption. It also activates the good nutrient assisting enzymes for better digestion. For even better benefits from beans, soak them in pure plain water until they begin to sprout. You can then eat them as is or cook them as well. I like to use a pressure cooker to save time.

Healthiest Lentils Are RED

I learned on nutritionfacts.org that RED lentils are the healthiest lentils of all the colored lentils. Watch the video about it. It's very interesting. Be sure to soak over night or soak or soak until they sprout before cooking or eating. This increases their nutritional value even more and makes it much easier for your body to digest better.

Healthiest Cinnamon (Low in Oxilates) - THE BEST CINNAMON FOR YOU

I just recently learned that not all cinnamon is good for you in generous amounts. Especially chinese or saigon etc. cinnamon that is dark and strong. According to nutritionfacts.org, Dr. Gregor compares the oxilate content in cinnamons and through actual studies done, it was proven that the only cinnamon that did not have a negative effect due to high oxilate content was the Ceylong Cinnamon....in short, if you eat lots of cinnamon on a regular basis, Ceylon is the only way to go. I like to put mine on mashed sweet potatoes for a sweet cinnamon flavor.

Highest Antioxidant Content Spice (very good for you)

Cloves are a VERY STRONG spice, but very good for you. Just a pinch of ground organic cloves can raise the antioxidant level of mashed sweet potatoes and make them even more healthy for you. Whatever food you add cloves to, rest assured, this STRONG spice is the highest spice on the planet as far as I am aware from studies I've heard for high anti oxidant content concentration. Take some sweet potatoes and add cinnamon (use healthy cylon cinnamon) (another antioxidant) and these fresh ground cloves for a healthier, more tasty and flavorful food.

Nice Thin Floss

I like this floss because it is thin and requires less effort to get between the teeth. Good price, too. I like that iHerb has these personal "odds and ends" items and not just vitamins.

These vitamins are effective and get into your system and the pills can be cut into small pieces and lower doses are still effective. B6 helps produce melatonin and can't help you fall asleep...especially when taken in this form.

I read this one and the jarrow methyl b12 are the most effective b12 vitamins for long term healing of CNS. They seem to be working very well so far.
