Scrambled Eggs:

Double the protein, ½ the fat (serves 4)

8 egg whites, 4 egg yolks, 2/3 cup nonfat cottage cheese, ½ tbsp. butter, 2 tsp. Spike Original Magic! Beat eggs (whites and yolks) and season with Spike Original Magic! Gently fold in cheese until blended, Melt butter in large skillet, add eggs and cook over low heat until they begin to set. Serve immediately. Per serving: 162 calories; 6.5 grams of fat.
