Fiber comes from three sources - fruits, vegetables and grains. The most beneficial of each type of fiber has been selected and balanced to provide a concentrated supplement of unique quality in Fabulous Fiber. It has none of the harshness of bran yet it provides a more effective bulking function.

In addition to bulk, Fabulous Fiber provides the special benefits of pectins, gums, hemicelluloses and polysaccharides found in fruits and vegetables which have the extraordinary bulking capacity of a fiber normally present only in psyllium husks. You will find Fabulous Fiber very pleasant to take and easy to prepare. Dissolve 2 level tablespoons with about 8 oz. of milk or juice (orange, apple, pineapple, etc.) in a blender or, if you prefer, mix with yogurt. Consume within a few minutes of mixing as it will tend to thicken if allowed to stand too long. We recommend drinking a full glass of water afterwards. For best results, use regularly.

Fabulous Fiber contains whey and is not recommended for those with an intolerance to milk or milk products. For those individuals, we recommend Lewis Laboratories Fiber Yeast. Fabulous Fiber should be taken with at least a full glass of liquid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
