Bread Crumb Coating
Preparation tips: When coating your chicken for best results; dredge chicken in sweet rice flour, then dip in whisked whole eggs and coat in bread crumbs. For a different twist add your favorite seasonings or parmesan cheese to Kinnikinnick bread crumbs.
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Coat Chicken following preparation tips.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes for chicken breasts, add an additional 10 minutes if bone is in. Chicken strips or nuggets bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Always check that your chicken is properly cooked before consuming.
