Shake well, use only as directed. Take up to one hour prior to bedtime, and repeat at bedtime or as needed, up to 4 times per day. For children over 1 year of age.

3-6 yrs (24-48 lbs) 1 teaspoon
7-11 years (49-95 lbs) 1-1½ teaspoons
