Carrington Farms Organic Milled Flax Chia Blend has a delicious flavor. Sprinkle it over cereals, shakes, yogurt, salad, oatmeal, fruits, vegetables, casseroles and baked goods. Reseal tightly and refrigerate after opening
Minute Muffin Top (makes one)
- 1/4 cup Carrington Farms Organic Milled Flax Chia blend
- 2 t cinnamon
- 1 t sugar
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 t oil
- Dried Cranberries (a handful)
- Drizzle of fruit a preserves (any flavor)
Spray a soul bowl with Non Stick Spray. Sprinkle cranberries on the bottom of the bowl and then drizzle preserves over the cranberries.
In a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients, make a well and break one egg into the well and add the oil and mix well. Pour over the fruit & preserves combo. (It will be very thick)
Place in microwave on full power and "bake" for 1 min.
